Q – How does this service work?
A – Dine In offers a weekly meal plan, so you get fresh dinners hand-delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each day we cook a different meal out of our repertoire or over 130 dinners. You let us know the days that you want dinners and we will automatically keep bringing them to you unless you change those days.
Q – How far in advance can I place/change orders?
A – Please order at least 3 days in advance but ideally the week prior.
Q – When are the meals delivered?
A – The meals will be delivered Tuesday and Thursday between noon and 5:00 pm.
Q – How are the meals delivered?
A – Your drivers will deliver meals to your door. If you are not home, they will leave the meals in a thermal bag with an ice pack. When you are due for your next delivery, place the bag with the used ice packs at the front door and it will be replaced with your next meal. You may also use your own cooler box.
Q – How can I pay for my meals?
A – You can pay on this website once you create an account with a credit card or over the phone. We do not accept cash or checks.
Q – If I don’t eat my meal when it is delivered, how can I preserve it.
A – You can keep a meal in the refrigerator for up to three days and in the freezer indefinitely. Microwave for two minutes in the closed container when defrosted.
Q - Do you have vegetarian meals?
A – Yes, we have a vegetarian version for of all meals.
Q – If my plans change can I cancel meals?
A- Yes you can cancel or change deliveries with 3 days’ notice unless it’s an emergency, in which case an exception will be made.
Q – Do you use additives or artificial ingredients?
A – No, all of our meals are created using fresh, local meats and produce.
Q – If I have any comments or questions, how do I contact the company?

Q – What if I want more than one meal on the same night?
A – You may order two of the same meal for a total of $15.99 and save $4.00.
Q – How often will my credit card be billed and when?
A – Once a week, based on the total for that week.
Q - How far in advance can I order?
A – Most of our customers will set the days that work best for them and the orders are automatically processed. You may also order a month at a time from our published menus if you prefer to order based on meals.
Q – Is there tax on my meals?
A – Yes there is regular sales tax.
Q – Should I tip the delivery person?
A – No, our drivers do not expect tips.
Q – I don’t have a microwave. Can I still prepare the meals?
A – Meals can be reheated in an oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes in an oven-safe dish.
